This workshop will cover:
*Myths about speed reading, and advice for a more realistic approach.
*How people read differently, e.g. word by word or by scanning ahead, and how we therefore need to select strategies that work for us.
*Different active reading tips for when reading for knowledge/mastery, or reading for an assignment.
